Changes and No Shows
– No shows will be non-refundable and guests who are holding a confirmed booking and no show will be unable to book on any future date using the existing booking.
– Amendment of date of Malamala Beach Club day trip up to 24 hours prior to departure can occur an unlimited amount of times at no additional charge.

Cancellation Policy                                                                                                                                                                Your deal is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you may be able to change the date of stay provided the Service Provider agrees to make such changes, change fees may apply.

No Show
A No-show is defined as when you fail to show up at your accommodation by the latest check-in time.

A No-show will result in a 100% CANCELLATION FEE being applied to your booking and rebooking will not be permitted.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Force Majeure refers to any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions of cyclone, hurricane, tsunami, earthquakes, fire and similar occurrences out of our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. Very rarely we may be forced by “force majeure” to change or terminate a client’s trip after their departure but before their scheduled end of time away. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses the client may incur as a result.
