The newest structure on the Great Barrier Reef off Cairns in over 10 years! The state of the art – New Activity Platform – is located 60km due east of Cairns on the edge of the Outer Great Barrier Reef, taking the place of the popular Marine World by Reef Magic Cruises.

Departing directly from Cairns on a fast, stable catamaran to Moore Reef, guests can enjoy 5 hours on the Great Barrier Reef snorkelling, free semi-submersible and glass bottom boat tours, access to a platform with activities catering to all walks of life and a delicious lunch. Executive Room – Upgrade from only $50pp

Modern, spacious and sophisticated, an Executive Room offers partial ocean, city or hinterland views and access to the hotel’s Executive Lounge with evening drinks and canapes served from Sunday to Thursday between 5pm-7pm. On Friday and Saturday nights, drinks and canapes will be served between 5pm – 6.30pm & 6.30pm – 8pm.

Car Transfers – return car transfer from only $60pp

Have a car waiting for your at Gold Coast Airport to seamlessly transfer you to The Reef Retreat Palm Cove and return you to the airport after your holiday.

• Infants (under 2 years) are free of charge, even if occupying a seat.

No Show/Waiting-Time/ Missed or Delayed Flights:

Non-airport, Private and Seat-in-Coach: Any party not at the booked/confirmed, place and time of pickup will be fully charged.

Excess Luggage:

The same luggage restrictions apply as per standard economy domestic flight Terms & Conditions. However, a reasonable amount of luggage beyond this will be carried for free if passenger has a seat-in-coach booking and there is space in the trailer. If passenger is in a sedan limousine and there is too much for the boot then either the luggage will be carried for free in an Exemplar coach/trailer that is headed in the same direction at the same time, or, if no coach/trailer is available then Exemplar will assist passenger in making alternative arrangements (at passenger expense).
