Airfares

Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with Air Vanuatu including 30kg of checked in luggage per person. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

Pricing
All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Return Airport & Resort Transfers
Transfer Service Includes: Meet and Greet Services, fully air-conditioned return transfers, chilled bottled water, and tour guide services.

You will be welcomed in Port Vila by the local Evergreen Team at the Evergreen kiosk situated at the arrival area at the airport. As you walk out after quarantine check, you will see the Evergreen booth is the second one on the left hand side. Staff will ensure you are taken care of and transferred safely to your hotel.

Kids Stay, Eat & Play Free
When sharing a parent’s room, children 12 and under stay free when using existing bedding. Cot Hire is also free of charge. Children 12 years and under eat free with the Holiday Inn Kids Eat Free Program when they order from the kid’s menu in the hotel restaurant, whilst accompanied by a paying adult. Limited to 4 children per dining family per meal or 2 children per parent per meal.

The Holiday Inn Vanuatu resort’s Kids’ Club is the place to be and our little guests love it! This dedicated facility is especially for younger guests aged 3 to 12 years. We offer non-stop fun the whole day long with arts and crafts, games and an on-site play area.

Our Kids’ Club is inimitable among Vanuatu kid friendly resorts and complimentary for in-house guests. The Kids’ Club is open daily from 9:00am to 9:00pm so mum and dad can have a break too! For children aged under 3 years, Pikinini Carers are available.

Cancellation Policy

Your deal is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you may be able to change the date of stay provided the Service Provider agrees to make such changes, change fees may apply.

No Show
A No-show is defined as when you fail to show up at your accommodation by the latest check-in time.

A No-show will result in a 100% CANCELLATION FEE being applied to your booking and rebooking will not be permitted.

Travel Insurance

FORCE MAJEURE:
Force Majeure refers to any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions of cyclone, hurricane, tsunami, earthquakes, fire and similar occurrences out of our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. Very rarely we may be forced by “force majeure” to change or terminate a client’s trip after their departure but before their scheduled end of time away. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses the client may incur as a result.
