Perth to Geraldton (415km)
Start your journey early today to allow ample time to explore the coastal towns dotted along the Indian Ocean Drive as you make your way to Geraldton for the night. Just an hour and half, you will reach the town of Lancelin, and a further 50 minutes drive north, is the fishing village of Cervantes. You will pass pristine beaches and in spring, the most amazing wildflower show. The last stretch of the Indian Ocean Drive takes you to the windsurfing capital of Geraldton, a buzzing modern foreshore that offers shopping, dining and lively entertainment.

Geraldton to Carnarvon (478km)
Make an early start as you head to the tropical food bowl of Carnarvon today, the largest and one of the most accessible fringing reefs on Earth. Take your tastebuds on a culinary journey as you sample fresh local produce from seafood to fruit and vegetables, directly from plantations and farms, or at weekly markets (depending on the time of year).
