Airfares

Airfares are based on promotional economy class fares with Fiji Airways including 30kg of checked in luggage per person. Airfares are subject to availability at time of ticketing. Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to change. Flights may not be direct or operate daily. Subject to promotional fare availability. Air surcharges apply during Australian school holidays and peak travel periods.

Price based on departures from Brisbane, Canberra or Sydney, if depart from Melbourne add $100 or Adelaide add $300, Perth add $500.

Accommodation 
Premium Ocean View rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 infant aged 0-2 years. Children aged 3-15 cannot be accommodated in these rooms.

Upgrade to Ocean View King Room from $150 per person

Upgrade to Plantation Bure King from $550 per person

Upgrade to Ocean Breeze Bure from $800 per person

Three Day Mei Mei (nanny) Service
Meimei is a Fijian expression that describes taking care of others. At Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort, parents can be assured that their child will receive exceptional care and attention from our Meimei nannies while on holiday. Youngsters are engaged in fun indoor and outdoor activities customized for their age and interests. They engage with Fijian culture and hospitality through games, arts and crafts, and simple language lessons.Conditions:
• Based on 8 hours per day
• Meimei services apply a Child Minding Ratios
• 6 months – 2 years (inclusive): one Meimei staff per child
• 3 years – 12 years (inclusive): one Meimei staff per 2 children
• Maximum 2 children per Meimei

Robinson Crusoe Sunset and Dinner Show
After a big “Bula” welcome onto the island, you can join in the sing a long by the beach bonfire while capturing the last moments of the setting sun. During your time on the island you will learn about many of Fiji’s cultural rituals including the unearthing of the “lovo” earth oven and a fire walking demonstration. After dinner, you will be entertained with a historical pacific culture dance show featuring Fiji’s best fire & knife dancers.The show culminates in a heart stopping acrobatic fire display by the ocean.A truly captivating experience that is not to be missed!

Robinson Crusoe Village and Crab Catching
You will have an opportunity to explore the village sites and interact with the local people.After your tour of the village, you will join the crew in a mud crab catching adventure upon your journey to Robinson Crusoe Island. Spend the day relaxing on the island, enjoying activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, swimming and island activities. In the afternoon, our friendly crew will teach you how to cook your mud crab catch from the morning using natural, island sourced ingredients!

Robinson Crusoe Cultural Day Tour
Experience traditional Fijian cultural traditions in a magical island setting! Start your tour with a 30 minute calm water jungle cruise followed by a spirited welcome by our Robinson Crusoe Island crew. On the island you can take part in a range of cultural activities including weaving demonstrations and the unearthing of the “lovo” earth oven.Along with a thrilling fire walking demonstration, your lunch will be taken out of the Lovo and served buffet style with garden salads, local root crop vegetables, chicken and fish. During lunch, you will be entertained with a Fijian culture dance show featuring Fiji’s best fire & knife dancers. Spend the afternoon relaxing with a massage or swim in our pristine lagoon. Enjoy a coconut climbing demonstration and take part in the Island’s famous hermit crab racing! Our friendly staff will provide you with a day full of fun and engaging cultural experiences that are sure to be the highlight of your trip to Fiji!

Pricing
All prices are person twin share unless otherwise stated, are in Australian dollars, are correct at the time of publication & are subject to change without notice. Flights are not included unless otherwise stated & if included, are economy class unless otherwise stated. Price includes any stated bonus nights, upgrades & package savings, if applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Your deal is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, you may be able to change the date of stay provided the Service Provider agrees to make such changes, change fees may apply.

No Show
A No-show is defined as when you fail to show up at your accommodation by the latest check-in time.

A No-show will result in a 100% CANCELLATION FEE being applied to your booking and rebooking will not be permitted.

Travel Insurance

FORCE MAJEURE:
Force Majeure refers to any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions of cyclone, hurricane, tsunami, earthquakes, fire and similar occurrences out of our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations under our contract with you is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage, loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”. Very rarely we may be forced by “force majeure” to change or terminate a client’s trip after their departure but before their scheduled end of time away. If this situation does occur, we regret we will be unable to make any refunds, pay you any compensation or meet any costs or expenses the client may incur as a result.
